Hi there!

This is my first blog post! I was inspired to create a healthy living blog after following Julie’s blog, Peanut Butter Fingers, for several months now. I try to eat healthy foods, but still indulge in occasional treats. The main thing that I am working on now is cutting down on my sugar intake as well as increasing my workouts–especially cardio and toning workouts; I would also like to try yoga. I hope to blog at least once a day providing information on my workouts, food, and other happenings in my daily life.

I am a 22 year old college student. I am in a 5 year program. I will graduate in May 2014 with a bachelors degree in special education and a masters degree in curriculum and instruction with certification as a reading specialist. I love children, animals, the outdoors, and many other things. I will continue to tell more about myself over the next few weeks.
